BIO
Finding beauty and turning it into creative magic has been my obsession since I was a child. It has brought me to many corners of the world as well as my own little corner of amazingness in New York City where I live and work. As a third generation artist and designer, I have created gorgeous, best selling products for brands such as Victoria’s Secret PINK, Betsey Johnson, and DreamFit while also cultivating a thriving fine art identity in my free time with with my work appearing in museums and galleries across the U.S., including Christie’s Auction House. I’ve designed and sold various products such as yoga apparel, silk scarves, and stationery at markets throughout New York, such as the Artists and Fleas Designer Market and Loom Yoga Studio in Brooklyn.

When I’m not designing or creating art, you can find me on the yoga mat, taking long walks in the park, and planning my next trip abroad with my husband.

EXPERIENCE
With over 15 years of experience as a Graphic Designer I have worked on a wide variety of projects from textile prints to catalogs to corporate brand identity and product design. In 2008, I fulfilled my dream of moving to New York to pursue my creative career, working in the fashion industry, creating prints and designing graphics for companies such as Victoria’s Secret and Betsey Johnson. In 2014, I was invited to give a lecture about Textile Design at the School of Visual Arts, where I had spent 6 years mastering Screen Printing techniques on paper and various materials. I’ve designed, printed, and sold limited-edition, bespoke collections of silk scarves, yoga apparel, and housewares at designer markets and boutiques throughout New York as well as online.

PHILOSOPHY
I believe that we can find beauty anywhere if we’re looking for it. Inspiration can come from a walk in the park, a beautiful poem, or flipping through some books at the bookstore. Yes, some of us still shop for physical books (at the Strand in NYC). And of course travel. As the Dalai Lama said, “Once a year, go someplace you’ve never been before.”

Those who seek beauty will find it.
